This notice covers the current IC XC NIKA launch website, operated from Denham Springs, Louisiana. The site introduces our clothing collection and accepts launch signups and contact requests. It does not currently take payments or clothing orders.
Information you choose to share
The launch form asks for your email address and permission to send collection and restock updates. The contact form asks for your email address, an optional name, a topic, and your message. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information in either form.
How your information is used
We use launch signups for the updates you request. Contact details and messages are used to respond to questions and handle requests, including requests to leave the launch list.
Website and form provider
Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions for us. Hosting and spam-prevention services may process technical details such as IP addresses and request information. You can read about Netlify’s handling of data in its privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
The current website code does not add advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or third-party embedded media. It does not use browser storage to create a marketing profile. Hosting services may process technical data needed to provide and protect the website.
Your choices
You can ask to leave the launch list, correct your information, or delete information you submitted by using our contact form. Choose “Remove me from email updates” or “Privacy request” and identify the email address associated with your request. We keep submitted information while it is needed for the requested purpose, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.

We will update this notice as the website develops, including before adding ordering, payment, or additional marketing services. The date above identifies the current version.
